Your message is sent by email to SyncNow. If the site is running in test mode it is stored on this server instead of being emailed, and the result shown after you press Send says so. To limit abuse the server keeps, for ten minutes, a counter keyed by a code derived from your IP address with a secret key that changes every day; your IP address itself is neither stored nor emailed.
