Every agent that works on the project receives it, so the changes it makes go in the same direction.
The Planning tab lists the plans, In progress or Completed, the most voted first: each has a title, a technical category such as Feature or Bug fix, the environment it applies to (Staging, Production or Both) and a description of what it is about and why, the only things the New plan window asks, plus its state, with Blocked on a plan that is open but stopped. The plans are rows like those of Conversations: on the left the plan's short code with its QR code, then the title, under it who proposed the plan and the date it last changed, for example Andrea ยท 11 Oct 2026, with Blocked beside them on a blocked plan, then the start of the description; on the right, on a plan not yet completed, the thumbs-up with how many votes it has, for example 3. Who is the team member who wrote the plan, or whose agent did (pointing at the line says, for example, Proposed by Andrea Tedesco (agent), and when the plan last changed), the one whose agent suggested it when it was accepted from a suggestion, or SyncNow (Added by SyncNow) for what SyncNow wrote by itself. A plan whose record does not say who or when shows nothing there, and a translation never counts as a new proposer or a new date. Agents can also give a plan a priority, the affected modules and paths, dependencies and what not to do, and the project a target state: the app does not show them any more, and agents still receive them. No plan needs an approval: plans are what agents work towards, and the thumbs-up is a vote that shows which plans the team prefers, as explained in How do votes on plans work?. A plan is completed by the agent that finishes the work, and completed, superseded and abandoned plans stay under Completed as history.
Planning is not a log of what already happened, which Activity and the project journal keep, nor a list of every small bug. Use it for modules to build, migrations, things to retire and other changes of direction, and see How do I add a plan to Planning? to add a plan.
