SyncNow's server finds most of them with fixed rules, without AI: something a work session of the last 30 days left to do (its next action or open items) that no plan covers; something agreed in an answer in Conversations, only from a conversation every team member who sees Planning is part of (never from one between some of them); a folder changed in several recent sessions with no plan touching it; and a plan in progress with no activity for 21 days, to review or complete. When AI is configured on the SyncNow server, it adds proposals of its own, and the server discards any suggestion that does not cite real evidence from the project.
Each suggestion shows its title, a line with who proposed it and when, for example Andrea · 9 Oct 2026, and its reason, with no badge. Who is the team member whose agent wrote it or whose work session it comes from (for something agreed in Conversations, whoever gave the answer), or SyncNow for what comes from the project data alone, such as a folder changed often, a plan with no recent activity or an AI proposal; pointing at the line says, for example, Suggested by Andrea on 9 Oct 2026 at 16:53. The text of a rule-based suggestion is in the language of your content, chosen in Account; its kind and evidence stay in English. Details, or a click on the title or the reason, shows the whole text with the evidence it cites, the affected areas and the possible benefit. Accept opens the New plan from a suggestion window already filled in, with the category the suggestion proposes (Feature otherwise), the environment it proposes (Both otherwise), the reason as a Why: paragraph of the Description, and the plan starts In progress like any new one; a suggestion about a plan with no recent activity has no Accept, since the agent that does the work completes the plan, and Dismiss removes any suggestion, with an optional reason (Not relevant, Already done, Not now, It is wrong).
A suggestion never enters the Planning by itself: only what you save from the form becomes a plan, and the plan records that it came from a suggestion: its row shows whoever proposed the suggestion, not who clicked Accept, with the date it was accepted, or of a later change. A rule-based suggestion disappears by itself once a plan covers it, or after 30 days. A dismissed suggestion never comes back by itself, from the rules or from the agents. Dismissed suggestions (N), in the ... menu of the panel next to Refresh suggestions, lists them with who dismissed them, when and why: Restore puts one back among the suggestions when what it is about still holds, and Delete permanently, after a confirmation, removes its text for good and keeps only its fingerprint, so that neither SyncNow nor the agents ever suggest it again. A dismissed suggestion is removed for good 30 days after it was dismissed: its text goes and only its fingerprint stays, so it is still never proposed again; the list says Removed for good on, followed by the date, under each one.
