What does the Connections page of a project show?

Open it with the project's Connections tab.

Hosting shows the state (Connected, Offline, Authentication required or Not configured), then the server, the protocol and port with the remote folder when it is not the root, a thin yellow line saying This connection is not encrypted when it uses plain FTP, any problem, and when the connection was last checked. Edit, next to the Hosting title, opens the form; Set up hosting appears when nothing is configured yet.

Databases lists every database of the project. Hosting and databases are one configuration of the project, kept on the SyncNow server and the same for the owner and every manager on every PC, whoever saved them: SyncNow reads them from the project on its server, never from your PC, and shows each database's name, user and host and who saved it, never the password. Without the server the page shows the last list it read and changes are refused until SyncNow is online again. Each row has Edit and a ... menu with Remove database, Add database connects a new one, and with none the section says No databases connected yet. The two are plain sections, each with its title and a thin line under it: Hosting and Databases side by side when the window is wide enough, also while you edit the hosting: its form grows down in the left column and Databases stays at the top of the right one; in a narrow window they are one above the other.

A change saved by the owner or a manager applies to everyone on the project, their agents included, and is an entry in the project's Activity; SyncNow refuses a change made on a list that someone else changed in the meantime, so nobody overwrites a newer change without seeing it. Connections never removes the project: that is in Project settings. To change the hosting details, see How do I change the FTP password or server of my project?.
