What happened to the facts SyncNow measured on my site, and to the rest of the Environment?

They are gone.

Since version 13.2.49.74 SyncNow no longer looks at your site to measure anything: it does not read the answer of the home page or list the files of the project root to propose the web server, the PHP version, the framework or folders not to edit, and Accept measured facts and Check the site again no longer exist.

With the same version the SyncNow team removes from every project the facts the Environment held, with their categories, versions and evidence, after keeping a verified copy of them: the Rules page then starts empty for Staging and Production, and the project's Activity shows a single entry, Rules reset: followed by how many earlier environment facts were removed, instead of one entry per fact. Until that happens on a project, an earlier fact of Staging or Production is shown as a rule, with its name as the title and its value as the text.

The record keeps them: each removed fact stays in the project journal with its content, and its code is never given to anything else. If something that was there still matters to your agents, such as the PHP version that production runs, write it as a rule: see How do I add, change or remove a rule?.
