menu next to its name. It shows the Project address and Your role (Owner, or Manager on a project someone shared with you), the project's Notifications choice, and Delete project (followed by Leave project for a manager).
Under Notifications there is one choice, Show notifications, on by default: every new post in Planning, Rules, Conversations or Activity written by someone else or by an agent is notified with a Windows notification, the project's unread updates count in the number on SyncNow's taskbar button, and the green dot on the project's row lights when someone else is working on it. Untick it to silence the project. Show notifications applies to everyone who manages the project: the choice is kept on the SyncNow server, the same for the owner and every manager on every PC, only the owner and the managers can change it, the change is not posted in Activity and notifies nobody, and while SyncNow cannot reach its server the box cannot be changed. See How does SyncNow tell me about new posts, answers included?.
Delete project has the red Remove project button, for the owner and for a manager alike; a manager also sees Leave project with a red Leave project button, to stop working on the project without removing it for the others. SyncNow asks for confirmation before either. The hosting and the databases are not here: they are in Connections. See What happens when I remove a project, and what is kept?.
