Suggestions · N, next to Add question in the Conversations tab, opens them in a panel on the right, which says Questions you could ask the people of this project, each one ready to send. Nothing is asked until you send it. SyncNow's server finds them with fixed rules, never with AI: Recent change on planned paths (an agent changed files that a plan in progress will touch), Left open in a work session (something a recent session left open or flagged as a risk) and Work session closed without a summary. Since version 13.2.49.74 no suggested question is built from the Rules: Staging and Production disagree and Missing facts for a plan are gone.
Each one shows its subject and, under it, whom you would ask and why that person, for example To Giuseppe · proposed the plan: the person whose work session it comes from (the work session was theirs) or who proposed the plan (proposed the plan), never you and only someone who can answer in the project, otherwise the Owner or a Manager. Then come the question already addressed to that person, starting with their name, for example Giuseppe, your agent closed..., in the language of your content, chosen in Account; the reason; and a line with who proposed it and when and its kind, such as SyncNow · 9 Oct 2026 · Left open in a work session, while the kind and the to line stay in English. A click on the subject or the question shows all of it with its evidence. Ask Giuseppe opens New conversation already filled in, To Giuseppe with the subject and the question, with the focus on Send: you can still change it, nothing is asked until you send it, and only then does the suggestion leave the list. When nobody else can answer, the suggestion has Ask instead, which addresses it to the team member it names or to All agents. Dismiss removes the suggestion from the panel and the number goes down; a dismissed suggestion never comes back by itself. Dismissed suggestions (N), in the ... menu of the panel next to Refresh suggestions, lists them with who dismissed them, when and why: Restore puts one back among the suggestions when what it is about still holds, and Delete permanently, after a confirmation, removes its text for good and keeps only its fingerprint, so that neither SyncNow nor the agents ever suggest it again. A dismissed suggestion is removed for good 30 days after it was dismissed: its text goes and only its fingerprint stays, so it is still never proposed again; the list says Removed permanently on, followed by the date, under each one.
A suggestion disappears by itself once a similar question is asked, when what it noticed is no longer true, or after 30 days, and a project shows at most six at a time; Refresh suggestions is in the ... menu of the panel. Passwords and keys are never put in a suggestion. Suggestions for Planning, found by fixed rules too and, when AI is configured on the server, by AI, stay in the Suggestions panel of Planning; the Rules have none.
