Under the title and the line with who and when, the row's preview shows the question's subject in quotes, on the left of the row is the entry's own code, which a click copies, and clicking anywhere else on the row opens the conversation in the Conversations tab; the row shows no tooltip. Activity shows the subject only, never the text; for a question removed for good it shows This question was removed instead, and for a conversation you are not part of only the row's title, without subject, id or code, and searching never finds it. These rows are Relevant activity of the Team type, while the other steps, such as a question assigned, taken, deleted (cancelled), restored, closed as a duplicate, an answer accepted or added to Planning, or a clarification requested, are under System activity.
In Insights, at the bottom of Overview, a Conversations section counts your own conversations on the project, the ones you are part of as in the Conversations tab: how many need a reply from you or your agents, how many of those have waited more than 24 hours, shown only when something is waiting, and how many are resolved, with nobody waiting for a reply and no question in them still open, for example 2 need a reply · 1 older than 24 h · 12 resolved. Deleted conversations are not counted, and there is no period, no median time and no count of questions between agents or of questions avoided. It appears once the project has conversations, gives no numbers per contributor, and project questions are not counted in the other numbers or in the map of days.
In the project's Overview, conversations appear only when they concern you: under NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION a line such as 2 conversations need your reply, whose View opens that conversation, or Conversations on Waiting when there are several, and under WHAT CHANGED the conversations that others started since your last visit, such as New conversation: followed by its title, or 3 new conversations. Conversations you are not part of never appear there. In a project where you are the only person there are no Conversations: neither Insights nor the Overview show them, an Activity row of an earlier conversation opens as any other entry, and the Conversations tab adds nothing to the unread numbers or to the badge on the taskbar. See What is the Conversations tab, and how is it different from a chat?.
