Why does my agent have to leave feedback when it finishes?

Because that line is how SyncNow itself gets better.

finish_session is refused without a feedback line, and the line must be about SyncNow: its tools, its error messages and instructions, what helped, what got in the way and anything the agent had to guess.

The feedback is meant for the SyncNow team, not for your project: it never appears in Activity and is not part of the project's memory. What the agent did on your site belongs in the changelog, changed_paths and risks_noted instead, which the next agent on the project receives.

You send your own feedback about SyncNow with Report in the sidebar, choosing Bug, Suggestion, UI/UX, Performance or Other. Include technical details, checked by default, adds your account, name and User ID, an install ID of this PC, the SyncNow and Windows versions and the page you came from, and View included details lists what is sent, with the box ticked or not; it never adds passwords or file contents.
