Days before the project's first activity are faded; when the history is too long for the weeks to fit, the map shows one row per year and one square per month instead, and when SyncNow has not received the whole history, a line under it says since when it is shown. Pointing at a day shows its date and, one per line, what happened, for example 10 Oct 2026, 6 relevant changes, 3 planning updates, 1 decision, or No relevant activity (a day SyncNow has not read in full shows its relevant activities instead), in a small box just below that day (above it near the bottom of the screen, never over the day you point at); clicking a day opens the Activity of that day, and a month opens the Activity of that month.
Under the map are facts about the project, never a ranking of people. Blocked counts the plans that are blocked now and how long the oldest has been, for example 2 plans · oldest 4 days, or says No blocked work, and opens Planning on the blocked plans. Decisions counts the decisions of the project journal superseded by a later one, for example 1 superseded, or says No decisions waiting: since version 13.2.49.79 no plan waits for an approval. Planning counts the plans in the states of the Planning tab, for example 4 in progress · 12 completed, where completed counts only plans completed, not superseded or abandoned ones, and under it whether the project closes more work than it adds, for example 12 completed · 9 added · Backlog −3, with closed without completing and reopened when there are any. Production appears only when the project records releases, rollbacks or deployments, for example 3 releases · 0 rollbacks and Last release · 2 days ago, or, on projects whose hosting SyncNow compares with the online source, files changed outside SyncNow that are still to resolve, which opens Activity on them.
Contributors lists, in alphabetical order and never as a ranking, each person with at least one relevant activity, counting both what they did and what their agent did: Relevant changes, Planning decisions (decisions recorded and changes of a decision's status; before version 13.2.49.79 also approvals given to a plan), Completed items (plans they or their agent completed) and Last active, with no sessions. Up to eight people are named and the others are grouped as Others; in a narrow window each person takes two lines, such as 14 relevant changes · 5 planning decisions · 3 completed items · Last active · today, and clicking a contributor opens their activity.
