How does Search activity work?

Type in Search activity and the list filters while you type.

Every word must appear, in any order, in what an entry says: its title, summary, why or objective, the team member or agent, the type, the files, the areas or the planning items it concerns, and a code typed whole, its six characters or an old four-character code, finds the entry with that code or the entries about the plan, rule or question it names. For example "checkout maria" finds Maria's work that mentions checkout.

The search also runs on the SyncNow server across the project's history, not only on the entries already loaded, and its results join the list a moment later; while it looks and nothing matches yet, the page says Searching all the activity of this project... The search appears as a label under the bar, with an × that removes it.

Search combines with All agents and Filters, and when two or more are active, Clear all removes them together; when nothing matches, the page offers Clear filters. It searches the view chosen on the right of the bar: Relevant activity, the default, or System activity. See How do I see only one agent's or team member's work, or only the last week?.
