How do I report a bug or suggest an improvement?

Click Report in the sidebar.

The Report page is about the SyncNow app itself, never about one of your projects, so it asks for no project: choose the type (Bug, Suggestion, UI/UX, Performance or Other) and write in Description what happened and what you expected instead.

You can attach up to 5 screenshots (PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP or WebP, up to 10 MB each) by dragging them in or with Choose screenshots, and remove one with the × on its thumbnail; then click Send report, at the bottom right under the whole form. Include technical details, checked by default, adds what SyncNow already knows: your account email, your name and your User ID, an install ID of this PC, the SyncNow, Windows and .NET versions, the display scale, the page you were on and the signed release; View included details lists exactly what is sent, with the box ticked or not, never passwords or file contents.

Unchecking the box sends only the type, the description, the time and the screenshots: no account details, install ID, version, Windows or page. The report is still tied to your signed-in account by your session, which View included details lists as Sign-in. On the server the text is cleaned of anything that looks like a secret. You must be signed in, and the description needs at least 10 characters. When the report arrives, the page shows its ID, which starts with br_. Up to 10 reports a day can be sent from the same internet address.
