Each row looks like a row of Conversations: on the left the entry's own six-character code with its QR code, such as K7P2XY, which a click copies without opening the entry, or, for an entry without a code, a small grey sign of its kind (work session, plan, rule, question, release, change made outside SyncNow, team, code, or a clock for the others); then the title of what was done, always in the colour of titles; under it who and when, always with the time, for example Andrea (agent) · 10:32 for today, Andrea (agent) · Yesterday 22:04 or Andrea (agent) · 9 Oct 22:04 (the name, followed by (agent) when the work was done by their agent; for a work session its start, followed by In progress while it is open); then one line of preview: the summary of the work, the subject of a question or, when there is no text, the agent, how many files changed and the type, for example Claude Code · 4 files · Code (the types are Code, Planning, Rules, Deployments, Team and System). A thin line separates the rows. An entry you have not read yet has its title in bold with a small green dot, on a light green background, and the entry open in the panel on the right has a thin green bar on its left. Rows show no tooltip: a long title or preview ends with ... and is read in full by opening the entry, and pointing at a row shows its copy icon on the right, while pointing at its code turns the code green. The titles and the session steps that SyncNow composes are in English for everyone; what team members and agents wrote, such as objectives and session summaries, stays as they wrote it.
A work session is one row, titled with what it did; planning and rule changes, team updates, source updates, deployments, changes detected on the hosting and the questions and answers of Conversations (with the question's subject, never its text) have rows of their own, and the project owner also sees when managers join, leave or are removed. New entries appear by themselves within a few seconds while the project is open, at the top of the list; if you have scrolled down, the entry you are reading stays where it is on the screen, and the open panel, the search and the filters stay as they are. Load older activity brings earlier entries.
Open it from the Activity tab of the project, from the Activity button or the activity line of the project's row, or from View activity in the Overview. Click a row anywhere but on its code to open its entry in a panel that slides in from the right, while the list stays as it is; Esc, the X or clicking outside the panel (the list around it, the top of the page, the sidebar) closes it, and clicking another row shows that entry in the same panel; a row about a question opens its conversation in the Conversations tab: see What do I see when I open an event in Activity?.
