What personal data does SyncNow keep about me and my managers?

The first name, last name and email address you registered with, which you can change in Account with Edit profile (a new email only after a code sent to it), and the sessions where you are signed in; a SyncNow account has no password, because you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.

SyncNow's server also keeps the language of your content, Italiano or English, whether you chose it in Account or it came from Windows, and when it was set. Within a project, only the owner sees the name and email of each manager, in Managers, and the server gives the member list to nobody else.

The names of whoever did something appear in the project's Activity and Insights for every member, and Conversations shows everyone the name of whoever asked a question, or whose agent asked or answered it: everyone appears by first name, such as Andrea; when two people of the project share a first name, the initial of the surname is added (Andrea T.), and more letters if that is not enough (Andrea Te.), so that every name is different. A Report is tied to your account by your sign-in and carries its type, its text, the time and your screenshots, never a project; with Include technical details it also sends your email, name and User ID, an install ID of this PC, the SyncNow and Windows versions and the page you came from, never passwords or file contents.

To close your account, use the red Permanently delete account button in the Delete account section of Account: SyncNow emails a one-time code to your account email, you type the code and your account email, and only then is the account deleted; SyncNow signs out all your sessions and sends you an email confirming the deletion. To leave a single project instead, see How do I leave a project I was invited to?.
