What is in the sidebar on the left?

Five items, shown as large icons in a narrow bar, as in the earlier versions of SyncNow: Projects (a folder) and New project (a plus sign) at the top, Updates, Report and Account at the bottom.

Projects is the list of your projects, and New project adds one; the open item sits in a white box with rounded corners, the item under the pointer in a light grey one, as in the earlier versions, and while a project is open Projects stays highlighted. The icons have no labels; from the keyboard, Tab reaches the bar, the arrow keys choose an icon and Enter or Space opens it. The bar keeps the same width at any window size: when the window gets narrower the page beside it rearranges itself, and the window cannot be made smaller than 800 × 520 pixels of content at 100% display scale.

Updates shows the installed version with what is new in it and, when a newer one is available, its notes and the button to install it; Check for updates asks again, and Automatic checks turns the checks while SyncNow is open on or off; Automatic checks follows your account, so the choice is the same on every PC where you sign in. A green dot on the Updates icon means a new version is available. Report sends a bug, a suggestion or other feedback about the SyncNow app to the SyncNow team, with up to 5 screenshots; Include technical details, checked by default, adds your account, name and User ID, an install ID of this PC, the SyncNow, Windows and .NET versions, the display scale and the page you came from, and View included details lists what is sent, never passwords or file contents.

Account holds only your own account: your profile, this device and your other sessions, Member since, your Language, your Support ID, Logout and Permanently delete account. Settings for a single project are not in the sidebar: open the project and use its tabs or the ... menu next to its name.
