When someone invites you to a project, the pending invite shows up in your SyncNow - open it and click Accept to join, or Decline to pass.
You need a SyncNow account (the same one the invite was sent to) and SyncNow running on your PC. The invite shows which project it is for and the role you have been offered, so you know what you will be able to do before you commit.
After you accept
- The project appears in your SyncNow on whichever PC you sign in to.
- You share the same activity timeline and per-project Free/Busy state as the rest of the team.
- The project still allows one active work session at a time, so you coordinate rather than clash.
Accepting never reveals the real FTP password - credentials stay in the cloud vault, and the project's safety guards apply to you like everyone else. If you decline, nothing is added and the owner can invite you again later.
