Who holds it?

Work Sessions and Grants

When a project is busy, SyncNow always shows you who holds the active session, so there is never a mystery.

Because one project allows only one session at a time, there is exactly one holder to identify. SyncNow shows it on the project's Busy badge, together with the session's objective and when it expires.

What you can see

  • Who - the holder of the current turn (an assistant, or a collaborator's session).
  • Objective - the short line describing what they are doing.
  • Expires - roughly when the turn frees up if nothing else happens.

Visible from any PC

This status is coordinated across machines and collaborators on the same project. Whether you are at your own desk or on a teammate's computer, you see the same real holder, not a stale local guess. It is part of the shared timeline that keeps everyone in step. If the holder is actively working, wait for their END; if the session looks stale, let it expire or revoke it, and the project returns to Free.
