Three. Three light slips in a single session and SyncNow revokes that session and rotates the proxy password.
The count applies only to light slips, the small harmless mistakes. Each one earns a warning on the timeline. When the third lands in the same session, the session ends and the one-time proxy password is rotated, so the old key stops working.
Good to know
- The count is per session, so a fresh session starts clean.
- Only light slips add up; grave acts skip the count and lead straight to a ban.
- A revoke is a reset, not a block: a new session can be granted.
This three-strike rule sits in the middle of the discipline ladder, between a single warning and a permanent ban. An assistant working honestly and carefully will almost never reach even one strike.
