Close SyncNow, then remove it from Windows the normal way through Settings or Add or remove programs.
Because SyncNow only ever watched your sites, nothing of yours was changed along the way.
Before you remove it
- Make sure no project is Busy, that is, no AI assistant is mid work-session.
- Close the app so the single instance that is running shuts down.
- Then uninstall it the normal Windows way.
Your project files were never touched: SyncNow never syncs, copies, moves or overwrites them, so there is nothing of yours to undo on the remote site. The observation data it kept - the snapshot and journal - lives in the hidden .sync folder for each project.
Removing the app stops observation and stops the local proxy that mediates assistants, so a project's Free or Busy state no longer updates from your PC. If you reinstall later and sign back in, you can add the project again and SyncNow will start fresh with a new first observation.
