The project card is the tile you see for each project you add - a quick read on what SyncNow is watching and whether anyone is working on it.
What it shows you
- The project, tied to the remote site SyncNow watches read-only.
- Its Free or Busy state, telling you if an AI assistant currently holds a work session.
- A way into the shared activity timeline, where every recorded change lives.
Because one project allows one active session, the Busy badge is how you tell at a glance that a session is in progress. When a project is Busy, a second assistant asking for it is turned away with PROJECT_BUSY, so nobody steps on anyone else's work.
The card is a window onto observation, not a control panel for your files. It reflects what is happening on the remote site and across collaborators on one shared timeline. SyncNow never syncs, copies or overwrites anything the card shows you.
