Use on many PCs?

Collaboration

Yes. You can sign in to the same SyncNow account on as many PCs as you like, and your projects follow you to each one.

Install SyncNow on each machine and sign in with the same account. Your projects, their shared activity timeline, and their per-project Free/Busy state are coordinated in the cloud, so every PC sees the same picture.

What to expect

  • Start a session on one PC and the project shows as Busy on the others - a project allows one active session at a time.
  • Changes recorded from any machine appear on the one shared timeline you read everywhere.
  • Your real FTP password is never copied between PCs - credentials stay in the cloud vault, and any local password is encrypted with Windows DPAPI.

One note: on a single PC, only one copy of SyncNow runs at a time. Across different PCs, though, you are free to be signed in everywhere - that is exactly how cross-PC coordination is meant to work.
