You do not start a work session by hand. The AI assistant requests it through SyncNow when you ask it to work on a project, and SyncNow opens the turn for it.
What happens
- The assistant asks SyncNow for a session on a specific project.
- If the project is
Free, SyncNow grants the turn and the local proxy opens with a one-time password on127.0.0.1. - The project switches to
Busyand the assistant can work.
Your only job is to keep SyncNow running and make sure the project is added. The assistant never gets your real FTP password; it works through the proxy while the cloud executor does the real action. If the project is already Busy, the request is refused with PROJECT_BUSY until the current session ends, so two assistants cannot start at once. You can watch the live state on the project card and revoke the session whenever you want.
SyncNow
