If you cannot sign in, start with the basics: the right email and password, a working internet connection, and the latest version of SyncNow.
Work through these
- Re-enter your email and password carefully. Watch for Caps Lock, stray spaces, and wrong capitalization, and confirm you are using the account you created.
- Confirm this PC is online. Sign-in talks to the cloud at
www.syncnow.it, so a blocked connection looks like a login failure. - Check that a firewall, VPN or proxy is not intercepting outbound HTTPS.
- Make sure SyncNow is up to date. It updates itself, so a restart can pick up a fix.
Account vs FTP passwords
Keep two things separate. Your SyncNow account login is what signs you in here. Your FTP password for a website is stored per project, encrypted on your PC and vaulted in the cloud. A wrong FTP password never blocks your account login; it only affects observing that one site.
If the credentials are definitely right and the cloud is reachable, capture the diagnostics logs and the exact error wording before contacting support.
