How do sessions work?

A session is one orderly turn on a project, in three beats: START -> work -> END.

The three beats

1. START - the assistant claims the turn. The project goes Busy and the local proxy opens.
2. Work - it works freely through SyncNow: read, modify, create, delete, rename, move, copy, restore, even change plan mid-way.
3. END - it hands over a changelog (files touched, risks, fixes). The turn closes and the project returns to Free.

What this means for you

SyncNow is a light but firm authority. It controls the flow, not a list of micro-permissions, so a trusted assistant does not stop to ask about every file. Your control comes from three things: one session per project, structural safety guards that block unsafe moves, and a required END. Every action still passes through the proxy, never direct FTP and never your real password, and every session is expected to close with an END.
