Can't start? Busy?

Troubleshooting

A Busy message means someone or some assistant already holds the active work session on that project. A project allows only one live session at a time, so a new request is refused until the first one ends.

Why this happens

SyncNow gives a project a turn-based session: it starts, work happens through SyncNow, then it ends with a changelog. A second start gets a Busy answer so two people or assistants never edit the same project at once.

What to do

  1. Open the project card and see who is shown as working and roughly when the session expires.
  2. If it is your own forgotten session, end it properly there first so it leaves a changelog.
  3. If a teammate or assistant is genuinely working, simply wait for them to finish.
  4. If the holder crashed, the session lapses on its own once its heartbeat stops, or you can revoke it to reclaim the project.

The Busy state is shared across every PC and collaborator, so the same answer appears everywhere. Once the project shows Free again, start your session.
